Beginners’ Yoga is for those completely new to the joys of this ancient discipline! Sessions are calming and restorative; postures are entered slowly, releasing mental and physical tension. Sessions are run in such a way that postures can be held for as little or as long as you choose.
Beneficial for all round well-being, reduction of stress and anxiety.
Sessions are fun and adaptable to suit all.
There are no currently no classes running – General classes are suitable for beginners.
