General Yoga is for all! For those new to yoga and for those who are more practised, sessions offer a calm flow releasing mental and physical tension. Strength is gained as is postural awareness.
Beneficial for all round well-being, reduction of stress and anxiety, PMT and menopausal symptoms and symptoms of low back pain.
Sessions are light-hearted and therapeutic.
Monday 10.00am – 11.30am – £60 for 6 weeks (Drop in £12)
Thursday 11.30am – 1.00pm – £60 for 6 weeks (Drop in £12)
Thursday 8.00pm – 9.00 pm – £48.00 for 6 weeks (£10 drop in)
