General Yoga is for all! For those new to yoga and for those who are more practiced, sessions offer a calm flow releasing mental and physical tension. Strength is gained as is postural awareness. Beneficial for all round well-being, reduction of stress and anxiety, PMT and menopausal symptoms and symptoms of low back pain.
Sessions are light-hearted and therapeutic.
