GENERAL YOGA

IMG_0812General Yoga is for all! For those new to yoga and for those who are more practiced, sessions offer a calm flow releasing mental and physical tension. Strength is gained as is postural awareness.  Beneficial for all round well-being, reduction of stress and anxiety, PMT and menopausal symptoms and symptoms of low back pain.

Sessions are light-hearted and therapeutic.

Monday            11.00 – 12.30  £66 for 6 weeks – Lee Hall   

Tuesday            09.30 – 10.00 Meditation Drop in £6

Thursday         09.30 – 10.00 Meditation Drop in £6
