General Yoga is for all! For those new to yoga and for those who are more practised, sessions offer a calm flow releasing mental and physical tension. Strength is gained as is postural awareness.

Beneficial for all round well-being, reduction of stress and anxiety, PMT and menopausal symptoms and symptoms of low back pain.

Sessions are light-hearted and therapeutic.

Monday     10.00am – 11.30am – £60 for 6 weeks

Wednesday 9.15am – 10.45am – Term time only (£50/£60/£70 (£10 per class) depending on length of term)

You can start at any point during the six weeks and pay pro rata.
