10:00 – 11:30 General Yoga (Suitable for those new to Yoga and for those with some experience who like a gentle approach)

16:00 – 17:00 Yoga for Children (Age 9-12)

Tuesday 

10:00 – 11:30 Mother & Baby Yoga (From 12 wks to crawling)

11:45 – 12:30 Mother & Toddler Yoga (From crawling to two yrs)

19:15 – 21:15 Intermediate Yoga (For those with at least two year’s experience of Dynamic Flow, Ashtanga or Iyengar)

Wednesday

09:15 – 10:45 General Yoga (Suitable for those with some experience)

19:30 – 21:00 Yoga for Pregnancy (From 12 wks)

Thursday

11.00-12.00 Baby Massage and Post Natal Yoga (From 6 wks to 6 mths)

Friday 

16.00 – 17.00 Yoga for Children (Age4-7) (Blocks of four – please contact for details)
