9:30 – 11:00 General Yoga (Suitable for those new to Yoga and for those with some experience)

4:00 – 5:00 Yoga for Children (Age 7-12)

Tuesday 

9.45 – 10.45 Mother & Baby Yoga (From 12 wks to crawling) – Small group session at my home in Penarth

7.15  –   9.15 Intermediate Yoga (For those with at least two year’s experience of Dynamic Flow, Ashtanga or Iyengar)

Wednesday

7.30  –  9.00 Yoga for Pregnancy (From 12 wks)

Thursday

8.00 –  9.00 General Yoga (As above)

Friday

9.15 – 10.15 General Yoga (As above)

10.30 – 11.15 Toddler Yoga (2-4yrs)
