As a teacher, these are some of my favourite sessions! Baby Yoga embraces the time when babies first begin to explore the world around them. Baby Yoga gives babies confidence, increases bodily awareness, improves sleep and aids digestion and elimination.
Sessions are fun, involving song and rhyme, breath and movement. Mums are equally active, not forgetting the precious time for relaxation with your baby!
There is always time for feeding, babies will be babies and are not expected to be silent. Everyone in the sessions appreciates the changing nature of babies’ and mothers’ emotions through chat, laughter and empathy.
