Penarth Yoga Studio offers a range of sessions including Adult Classes (Gentle / Intermediate), Chair Based Yoga, Pure Relaxation Classes, Yoga for Pregnancy, Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, Massage for the Growing Child and Yoga for People with Extra Needs.
I also offer private sessions.
I am a qualified Counsellor who works with issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, eating disorders, self-defeating behaviours, addiction, low self-worth, life lacking in meaning … any issue that you bring we can work with at your own pace.
My training is in an approach that is integrative. I believe in the relationship of client/therapist more than any theoretical viewpoint used.
My time with Rachel was instrumental in helping me look at objectively at my life and put in place what I needed to move forward. She makes it very easy to open up about any problems or issues you are experiencing. I have no qualms in recommending her services and I sure her warmth and skills will help many others. Pete
